Hans Bracquené bv collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (customer administration, order/delivery follow-up, invoicing and solvency follow-up).

  • Supplier data - If you are a (potential) supplier, we will process the following personal data about you: your surname, first name, address, email address, telephone details, the name of your company and any other data that you provide to us.;
  • Communication data - If you call us, email us or submit a contact form, we may collect the following personal data: your name, email address, telephone number, as well as the data you provide yourself;


We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties.


We may use the information for the following:


  • Communicating with you – sending you notices regarding our services, providing you with technical information and responding to any customer service issue you may have;
  • To communicate with you and to keep you informed of our latest updates and services;


In addition to the different uses listed above, we may transfer or disclose personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies and subcontractors.

Retention
